Product: OfficeJet 6962
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

My printer (4 months old) has started printing really off-set when I'm printing on two sides.  I'm using it to make double sided name tags, so it's important that it lines up the two sides well.  It did this in the beginning, but now it's off up to a full inch sometimes.

 

Any suggestions?  Is it possible to re-align the feeder somehow to help it print in the same area on both sides?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the misalignment when double sided printing.  I would suggest cleaning the rollers as shown in step three.
