Product: t1300
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

We are unable to delete printer quick sets for a t1300 printer. The delete button to remove old quickset is not available. How do I then remove them? see the below screen shot. BTW I have deleted the printer, gutted it from the registry, looked for left over files on the HDD. There are no quicksets found through the webUI.
