unable to scan double sided on 7740

I used to be able to do double sided scans on my 7740 but at some point, that feature has disappeared now. Possibly from an update? How do I get it back?

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Assumed that you have installed the FULL feature software (which has the HP Scan software)?

For scanning double sided, please make sure that under the Scan UI, the "Page Sides" are set to "2-sided" (book or tablet).
