ok...i am new to this forum thing.

I am not able to scan multiple pages into one document on my M277DW printer.  i have looked at the answers to the previous questions, but they are not sufficient.

There was one guy who posted a screenshot of what his scanner software looked like and the response was to click on the file type on the left side of the page, and then the + sign on the right side of the page and make suer that scan to single file wasn't checked or somethign like that.

1) there is no plus side on the right side of the page.

2)  there is no field to uncheck indicating that a odcument will be scanned to one file or multiple files.

I have found this printer othing but grief since i got it 3 days ago.   I am so disappointed with crooked scans, crooked copies, unable to scan mutliple pages to one document.  I shopped for a printer like this for years.  I expect it to work!  None of the 'help' to get straight scans or copies has fixed my problems.

PLEASE HELP.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Try this:

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Check out this video example on how to scan multiple pages.
