seen several threads here regarding webjet admin.  One of the two sql services that are labeled "hpwja" will not start.  "SQL server Agent (hpwja)"  just tosses back an error about service on local computer started and then stopped....

When i go to the webpage of the server to start the app i see "microsoft sql server: Stopped"  Finally when I click on "start hp web jetadmin" button the app downloads and starts but hangs at the splash screen saying "waiting for service start"

in an effort to trouble shoot i have tried upgrading to the latest build, the upgrade went well but it's still bombing out...

looking for some ideas

Are you using the default installation of SQL Server Express? If so, perhaps you could try backing up your database then reinstalling SQL.

Hello, What version of Windows are you using and what version of WJA?  For your Windows version, please include any hot fixes you may have installed.

Thank you.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

I see from your attachment what version of WJA you have.  What is the Windows version you have --and please include any hot fixes you might have installed.

Thank you.
