I am trying to enable Web Services on this new LaserJet. I am in the Embedded Web Server page and am at the Web Services Setup tab. I clicked "enable" and it just keeps spinning at Connecting...
DNS is 8888 and 8844
All the other tabs work; it's connected to the computer and the Internet. Help please?
Thanks!

Hi @crowndude,
I see that you are experiencing issues with the Web Services. I would like to help you.
I have provided a few steps to try, to see if we can resolve this issue.
Turn off the IPv6 setting on the printer.
Go to Setup, Network Setup, Network Services, IPv6 and turn it off.
This DNS works better for the Laserjet printers. Please change the settings to see if that will help in the printer's Embedded Web Server.
Preferred DNS Address: 209.244.0.3
Alternate DNS Address:209.244.0.4
Power cycle the printer.
If you are still having issues, please continue the steps below:
Update the printer's firmware by a USB connection. HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw Firmware Update.
Setup a Static IP for the printer. Go to Solution three: Assign the printer a static IP address.
I will send you another step to try in a private message.
In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.
If you appreciate my efforts, please click the 'Thumbs up' button below.
If there is anything else I can help you with, just let me know. Thank You.
