Not sure if this is the right board, but here goes.
Installed WebJetAdmin v10.4.99821 (10.4 SR1)
Cannot set email settings. I have tried using our G Suit Appl account, and our Hosted Exhange account.
Each and every time, I hit "Invaild email server response"
Where are the logs so I can see what this response is that is NOT correct??
Another thing, while trying to get SMTP working, it is painful because this program keeps "freezing" sorta.
EG: Setting up email
1) enter relevant email server settings, port, credentials etc. Hit the "Verify" button...and wait, program becomes unresponsive for min 26sec and then traffic hits firewall, another 14 seconds later it finishes. (40sec to verify)
2) Hit the "Test" button...and wait, program become unresponsive until it finishes which takes 40 sec.
3) Once the Test windows appears, enter email I want the alert to go to/enter. WAIT...taskmanager says "Unresponsive" program, wait....24 sec for traffic to hit firewall again, and a total of 31 sec before i get: "Invaild email server response".
NOTHING blocked in firewall. I have other proccesses which all work fine with same email settings.
I am stuck. Cannot use this unless I get email working.
Anyone ever get this working and if so, what it took?
