Hello mycoolname. I understand the printer appears to be busy when printing from an iPad. Before you do anything else, try unplugging the printer and plugging it back in. Once it has been powered on for a few minutes, try to print. If the issue remains, please follow the troubleshooting provided in this HP document: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02623193

Please reference the sections named "What if a 'No AirPrint Printers Found' message displays on my Apple device?" and "What if I experience problems trying to use AirPrint?". Please respond when you complete all of this troubleshooting so I know the results.
