where to find passphrase for printer

i can print if i am printing a file stored in my computer, or from my mobile device. but when i try to print from online (from my desktop) it asks for a passphrase. and i cannot find it anywhere.

Your passphrase is your router's SSID password, of which only you know.  It is in your router's admin page under the wireless tab. It is the same password your computer uses to get on your network.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I have tried doing that. I put in the router/wifi password as is and it says does not match.

Reset the printer back to Network Defaults via the front panel.  Run the Wireless Setup Wizard from the front panel to connect the printer to your router.  Status now?

Didn't have to do that, found a wifi direct password while searching how to do a reset from the front panel. And that worked.
