Our intenert provider was out and switched out the modem and wireless router.
I am now not able to connect our wireless printer to our wifi.
I have tired the steps that others have listed here but am having difficulties.
I cleared the previous settings, ran a config report and the old network name is gone.
The suggestions talk about entering an IP address in to Internet exporer. We only have Chrome for internet and when I enter that IP address into the search bar nothing happens. Thank you for whatever advice you can provide.

Hi @M310,
Once everything is setup You could make these changes to the printer if required and if it still does not work correctly.
Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
• Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
• Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
• Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then clicks “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
• Click on radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
Thanks and have a blessed day. 🙂

THanks for the response so quickly.
I will try the solution this evening. To answer your question, we use this network for Ipads, phones and laptop computers.
each of those connect to it fine, however they have the option of entering a password, where our printer does not seem to have that option.
