Product: Compaq15notebook PC/hp hp desk
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to print with my 2540 printer it will not do so, everything just goes to the list ' waiting to print' When I troubleshoot it tells me that the printer is not on line which it is, and also says it is not switched on which it is. Can anyone help me with this please as I cannot solve this problem and do not know what to do? Until yesterday the printer was working with no problems.
