Product: hp officejet pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently bought the HP Officejet Pro 8710 and am having trouble with wireless printing.  The printer itself will only work off of USB, not wireless.  Any help will be greatly appreciate!

Sorry you are having trouble with using your printer wirelessly.  Can you give me a little more information?

 

What have you already tried?

 

 

Do you know if the problem is getting the printer on the network or getting your PC to see the printer on the network?

Please mark the post that solves your problem as "Accepted Solution"
Sometimes it takes several posts back and forth to get to a solution - please be patient.
