bought new printer.  followed all directions to set up to desktop. Will not print.

What is the model no of printer and OS on the computer.

Thanks, I purchased printer yesterday and can not set it up tried directions more than 5 times. Iam using my iPad and have down potted HP app / the printer is a HPEnvy 7640.  / the problem is when I get to settings on my iPad to put in set up.

My Hp deskjet printer 2130 series is not printing papers but the Xerox and scanning functions of the device are working .
When I give a printing it shows the printer is in error state so solve my problem
