printer model HP ENVY 4500. PRINTER IS CONNECTED WIRELESS. WINDOWS 7.

Use smartphone, go to hp eprint center, if hpconnect.com id and password doen't work, create a new one on eprint center. This worked for me. Found device and put claim nbr in & all worked

I haven't replied but your original instructions are somewhat vague.  If you mistakenly leave something out and go on, there is no arrow/way to go back and put in the information.  I have now completed everything but not due to any help from this but by repeating and going back over all that I had done.  I finally had to have a friend come over to get the final fax set up correctly.  It is a bit confusing when you go from traditional setup to wireless.

 

I am now set-up and working as needed.
