Hi!
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you would like to learn how to setup your Deskjet 3520 with your Windows 8.1 computer.
I have included a document on how to setup your printer onto your wireless network. It has a section dedicated to Windows 8. If you prefer to use a USB connection I have also included a document on how to setup your computer with the USB.
Installing the Printer Software for a Wireless Network Connection
Installing the Printer Software in Windows 8 for USB Cable Connection
Thank you for joining the HP Support forums. I understand that you would like to add your printer to your ePrintCenter account or your HP Connected account.
I have included a link to another post where I have screen shots of where to add your printer to your ePrintCenter account or your HP Connected account (HP Connected has only been rolled out to the USA and the UK).

My first Hp printer, purchased at Staples on 11/16/13 started having problems. I called tech help 1-13-2014, and worked w/ someone named Sashi-in India. We went thru several performances and finally they could hear all the problems, horrible screeching not printing etc. Final decision was to send a new printer, not including powercord or back roller. recieved new one, packaged up defective one as instructed and tookto Fed-Ex service. I followed all instructions with the repacement, I use Quickbooks 14, and when I went to print a check-couldn't. help screen says I have 2 printer hooked up, and no matter which one I click on still doesn't work. I notice on help screen it is showing print cartriges low as they were in the one I sent back ID # (I think this is Id)--192.168.2.4 BUT WHEN I DO MORE RESEARCH I GET THIS NUMBER-192.168.2.11 sooooooooooooo what do I do to get the printer to recognize my new Dell Computar bought at the same time I bought first printer. HELP

I am using windows 8.1 as you know all new computars come w/ windows 8. I don't think that it has said an error but there is red x, but i just had it put thru a clear sheet of copy paper. This printer does do a lot of screeching-when it prints a copy put on the glass screen.

Hi!
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you are unable to print from your computer to the printer as the wireless connection was lost.
To better assist you would you please provide some further information:
- What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have?
- What operating system are you using on your computer (Windows 7, Mac 10.8, or Windows 8, etc)?
- Has anything changed about your network (new router, new internet provider, changed network password, changed network name, etc)?
Thank you.

Thank you for joining the HP Support community. I understand you aren't sure where to enter your claim code.
I have included a link to another post on the forums with screen shots on where to enter the printer claim code. It has screen shots for HP's ePrintCenter or HP Connected as HP Connected has only been rolled out to the USA and the UK.

Thank you for becoming a member of the HP Support community. I understand that your replacement printer appears not to be connected to your wireless network and that there seems to be two printers installed.
To better assist you, would you please provide some further information:
1) What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have?
2) Did you uninstall the first printer from your computer?
3) Is the printer plugged directly into a wall outlet?
Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support forums. I see that you have 2 posts about this issue so I'll answer both for you, I'll post your portion of the message on your other post. I understand that you are receiving an internal error message on your printer's front panel.
Please perform a power rest on the printer as per the instructions in the document with an exception. At the point where it asks you plug the printer back in, please ensure you are plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet and not a power bar or surge protector. I have included a link to another post on the forums as to why it's important to plug the printer directly into a wall outlet.

That's great to hear! Thank you for the update.
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you are looking for the claim code for your Officejet 4620 to set up the HP ePrint feature of your printer.
I have several links for you. The first one is how to get the printer claim code you are looking for. The second one details how to customize the printer's ePrint email address. Once you have done that you'll want to download the HP ePrint mobile app so I have included the FAQ document for you. If you want to scan to your iPad from your printer please download the HP All-in-One Printer Remote app. I have also included the FAQ document for the AiO app.
