HP Recommended

Maybe a bit late, but for everyone else that's dealing with this issue:

It's due to faulty part in the  HP printer and easely solvable.

 

Just remove the bin flap (Look here)file a piece of the flap so it resembles the the flap on the rightfile a piece of the flap so it resembles the the flap on the right

re-insert the bin, et voila or bob's your uncle
