Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I ran into problems with my printer. An error that says problems with consumables. On my display I have 4 question marks for my toners.
I have not changed any toner for a while and there is enough color in them, so they should not need to be changed. I can 't do anything right now. I ran the HP application Scan Doctor 5.5 and it says that it "can't identify the cartridge right now, try to reinstall it". But it is on all 4 of them, and yesterady they all were working fine.
Can someone help me?
