Product: Dell xps 13 9310
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have been writing a book using word that has a 5" x 8" format. However, when I attempt to print the pages double sided, the first side prints at the top of page but the backing page prints further down the page. I have no idea if this is the limitations of word or a printer problem. My HP Smart App says i am up to date with drivers.
I have a HP ENVY 5000 series printer
I hope someone can offer some ideas because I'm at a loss on how to print this double sided and each page level.
Thanks.
