HP Recommended
Product: HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cannot print word docs, excel, PP, google docs or sheets but can print .pdf's perfectly fine, have printed over 30 pdf documents today. docs/sheets just come out blank, like its not picking up the text. Have updated the firmware, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, shut down the printer and computer and restarted, ran the print doctor tool. Sent the doc file to another printer and prints fine. cleaned print heads multiple times. Out of options besides using my hammer.
