Hello, I am currently trying to clean my hp envy inspire 7200 series I am going on about 20 pages and still have yet to have the magenta and light magenta lines show up, is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Please help

Does it happen on copies too?

Yea it also happens with copies I actually tried it, I’ve already used half the color ink cartridge trying to get the magenta and light magenta to show I’m starting to think it might be a bad cartridge?

It could be. Do you've another set of inks with you?

I don’t but I will change them out no point in setting these cartridges now sine it’s half empty and my project requires basically a full ink set
