I'm getting a paper jam message 13.09,14, I am fairly certain there is no literal "paper jam" and have searched all possible options.  What is the workaround/reset?  Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Service manual states that this is a paper jam. Just went through a similar problem with a client with a similar model. Eventually we found a tiny bit of paper under one of the green drop down panels in the back of the printer.  This engine design is also notorious for fuse wrap jams which are very difficult to find without taking the printer apart, but using a flashlight and looking closely at the back of the printer you might be able to see. The only other place I have had a problem jam is in the pickup roller area. To find that, remove all cartridges, paper tray and drop the duple tray down and then tip the printer on one side so you can see all the underneath portion.

Firstly, Thank you. have removed all and done a thorough inspection, I can't find any signs of paper or scraps. Could something be hindered and cause the alert?  Is there an override or reset?
