I have now been trying to set up my new HP2722 printer for 2 full days. It still only prints PDF files. I have deleted and reinstalled the printer and HP Smart from my PC to no avail. Searching through the Knowledge Base I have tried (around 12 times) the Windows -r and typing %Temp% option. I was hopeful but this didn't work. This latter option got confusing where I have to add the username as the Security window shows 3 names (System, My Username and Username/Administrator. Do I change all these or just the Username?
PLEEEEEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME.
If I can't get this fixed soon it will be going back to the store. In the past I have never had these problems with Epson or Canon printers
