Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I previously downloaded the driver a couple months ago on Win 10 and it worked fine. I restored my computer yesterday, installed Win 10, and then tried to download the driver. I am getting folders that unzip but can not be extracted. 

 

Thanks in advance for any insight you may be able to provide.

Hi,

Try the following driver:

http://h20566.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=11176932&swItemId=pl_108377_9&swEnvOid=41...

 

I do able to run the file with no issue and the installation appears once extracting ends:

If it fails extracting, have you tried downloading the drivers form another browser?

 

As well how much free dik space do you have on drive C?

Hi,

What is your exact printer model? is it the T520 24 or 36 in?

 

Which driver do you try installing? is it the Full Faature driver? there are several options available online and not all include an installer..

 

What is the exact downloaded file name and size?

Hi there,

I have the same problem. I have Win 10 and trying to updat emy driver to the latest one and its not extracting.

When I click on the link you provided its broken and I was going to ask you if you could fix it so I can update the driver?

I have the 24in T520 running Win 10.
