Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. Please check this article for more information: "HPxxxxx.framework" will damage your computer" message in macOS Catalina or Mojave .

Envy 5055 will not print, only receive blank pages

macOS 10.15 Catalina

Receive blank pages when try to print a pdf.     It worked 3 weeks ago!!

After trying Align print cartridge I receive a blank Report. 

I have tried removing HP print cartridges, cleaning and reinstall. Cleaned print cart. button and 2nd step cleaning. Tried cleaning for smudges. I have plugged & unplugged several times.

Try to scan a document, the light goes across screen, the out put is blank.

Have downloaded and update printer software:    What is wrong with printer???

 

How do I repair?  Went out of Warranty 7-1-20  Using Catalina MAC
