My printer will not print anything and the display flashes ER 02.  This is despite the door from this error being 100% closed.  I have reached a wall and don't know how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

An error 02 indicate a Cartridge door problem, try following below steps to ensure it is property closed, else this is likely a failure with the door sensor which likely requires servicing the printer:

hi @ShlomiL.  Thanks for answering the question.  I have read the document you shared and there aren't really any steps other than an image that essentially says "close the door".  Are you able to indicate where the sensor is?
