Product: ENVY 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The printer stopped in the middle of a print job and indicated that the black ink cartridge needed to be replaced. When a new HP 61 cartridge was installed, we received a message that the cartridge was not intended for use in current device. I cleaned the contacts, unplugged the unit as suggested, and even installed another new HP printer cartridge with same result.
