Hi @BastienDZ,
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting error code EBS00P0004 on your HP Deskjet 4120e All-In-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below for product reset:
1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. Now check the control panel display.
You may also check the steps in this document.
You may also upgrade the firmware from this link.
I hope this helps.

Hi @BastienDZ,
Thank you for replying to us.
Please follow the steps listed below to restore the printer to its network defaults and then reconnect it to the network.
Step 1: Restore the printer to its network defaults.
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel together for three seconds
Step 2: Reconnect the Printer to the network:
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method.
2. Press the WPS button on your router.
NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue.

I'm trying to set up a HP LaserJet M110w but the HP Smart app wont complete. The Smart app gives an error of EBS00P0004. The M110w has been used via a USB cable to an InBody 270 body analyser but now wont print out 'Result Reports'. The Attention light flashes and it will print out a page with an Exclamation Mark triangle and message "Printer setup icomplete". I've tried turning the power off then holding the 'Resume/Cancel button down for at lease 20 seconds whilst turning the power back on. Any solutions please?
