When I attempt to print anything, the paper starts to advance, then the yellow paper feed light come on and I get a paper error.  I then push that button and the paper feeds fine, but the document still won't print.  I have cleared the queue for all accounts, powered off printer and shutdown the  laptop.  Powered printer back on and then when printer is ready, powered up laptop.  Printer shows as ready, but I try to print a test page the same thing happens.   I have also tried removing and then adding the printer back, same thing.  If I try to print from the Hp printer app I get a paper mismatch error.   These are just standard 8 1/2 X 11 documents.

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Printer not printing gets paper error.  

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Make sure the correct ink or toner cartridges are installed, and that the printer has sufficient ink or toner for your print job. Make sure no error messages or blinking lights display on the printer control panel. Resolve any errors before you use the printer. Restart the printer to clear any error states.

  • This link should help with streaked or faded printouts, color or black ink not printing, documents with blurred or fuzzy text, ink streaks or smears, and other print quality problems. https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06557991
