HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy 5050
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP envy 5050 printer does not print despite connecting via HP Smart App. The printer connects to wifi and so does my PC. I can send documents to the printer (it says printer connected andn ready when printing in Word). However, after I send documents, the print queue says "Error - Printing"
