HP Recommended
Product: 62XL Color Cartridge
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP 5740 gives error message that 62XL Color Cartridge is not installed correctly.

 

Uninstalled, cleaned and still get message

 

Error message resolved only when new cartridge was installed

 

Retested and confirmed problem was only with the old cartridge

 

How do I return defective cartridge  for full credit?
