The printer just started displaying "There is a problem with the printhead. Event Code 62-80-13" How is this fixed?

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure you are using HP inks.

Hi,
Please follow the steps mentioned below.
- Reset the printer
- Reset the printer to try and recover from printer failures.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
