Hp Deskjet 2710 Error State

my Hp Deskjet 2710 is in Error State it can't make a copy either printing a document i just bought a new set of cartridges it keeps on showing this "printer is in error state install the set up cartridges" where will i get the set up cartridges..??

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Deskjet 2710 Printer. 

I have a few recommendations 

• Please follow the steps below to do a trade override:
   
      1. a. Open the ink cartridge access door.
      2. b. Press and hold the Wireless button for 3 seconds.
      3. c. Close the access door. A Load Paper message displays on the control panel, and the printer begins initializing.
      4. d. If the initialization does not begin, repeat steps a through c until initialization begins.
      5. e. Follow the prompts on the control panel to complete initialization.

• To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
