Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am having issues with my MFP 179 fnw . Just all of a sudden it started giving me an error about incompatible toner cartriges . I tried resetting it through a hard restart but didnt work . Next I replaced all the cartridges and it was still doing the same . I removed the software and removed the printer in my settings then restarted my laptop . It worked and I got it to recognize the cartridges but after a couple days it started doing the same thing . These are genuine HP cartridges . Any advise would be appreciated
