Product: MFP M479fnw

Hi,

I have a printer LJ pro MFP M479fnw. Since some days the printer won´t start, he stucks in the boot screen, I see only the HP logo and the loading bar runs back and forth. I test some key shortcut at startup and sometimes I get a bluescreen with error code C9C60005. Unfortunately I don´t have warranty.

 

Can it be a hardware problem or is it software?
