Hi @Marie9184,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 3755 printer is printing blank pages even though it shows that it has ink, there could be several reasons why this is happening. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can follow.

  • Check the ink cartridges: Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly installed in the printer and that they have enough ink. Sometimes the cartridges can become loose or may not be seated properly, so it's worth checking to see if this is the issue. If the ink levels are low, replace the cartridges with new ones.
  • Run a print head cleaning cycle: Your printer may have a built-in cleaning cycle that you can run to clear any clogs or blockages in the print head. Consult your printer's user manual or the manufacturer's website to find out how to run a cleaning cycle.
  • Check the print settings: It's possible that the printer settings are incorrect and are causing the printer to print blank pages. Make sure that the correct paper type and print quality settings are selected. If you are printing from a computer, check the print settings in the software you are using.
  • Try printing a test page: Many printers have a built-in test page that you can print to check if the printer is working properly. Consult your printer's user manual or the HP website to find out how to print a test page.
  • Update the printer driver: Sometimes outdated or corrupt printer drivers can cause issues with printing. Make sure that your printer driver is up to date by downloading and installing the latest version from our HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
