My printer is now cleaning after every page I print. Then I get an error about the paper tray. After I fix that a prince the same page over. And it’s not printing the full page.

This behavior is often caused by a worn or dirty pickup roller that causes mis-feeding and then the printer cleans to remove any excess toner it thinks might be in the printer. Remove the paper tray and have a look at the pickup roller at the back of the cavity. It should be clean and have small fingerprint like ridges on it. May need to be cleaned or in worst case, replaced. Also make sure that the paper guides in the tray are set properly.

Thanks for your help.  Unfortunately it didn’t help.  Does anyone know if HP can take a look.  I know I’ll have to pay something.
