Product: HP Officejet 5740 e-All-in-one

printer keeps saying "Photo Tray blocked. Please adjust the tray and try again."  I have tried all the suggested fixes on your forums, but nothing seems to work.  When I say to print, you hear the printer start up and then the photo tray makes a click sound and bounces the photo tray from the back to the front.  There is no paper jam either.  Do I need to do a hard reset?
