Hi @ITYLER1,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer is showing as offline, here are a few steps you can try to get it back online:
Check Connections:
- Ensure the printer is properly connected to your network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
- If you are using Wi-Fi, check that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
- For Ethernet connections, make sure the cable is securely plugged in.
Restart Devices:
- Restart your printer by turning it off and then back on.
- Restart your computer.
- Restart your router or modem to refresh the network connection.
Set as Default Printer:
- On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (or Printers & Scanners in Windows 10/11).
- Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e and select Set as default printer.
Check Printer Status:
- In Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click your printer and select See what's printing.
- Ensure there are no pending print jobs that might be causing issues. Clear the print queue if necessary.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Install the updated drivers and follow the on-screen instructions.
Check Printer Settings:
- Ensure that the printer is not in "Offline" mode. You can check this in the printer settings on your computer.
- Open the HP Smart app or Printer Software, go to Printer Settings, and make sure the printer is set to "Online".
Run Windows Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
- Select Printer and run the troubleshooter to detect and fix issues.
Check Printer IP Address:
- Print a network configuration page from your printer’s control panel to find its IP address.
- Ensure that the IP address matches the one listed in your printer settings on the computer.
