hi there ... unfortunately i have problem with printer that is show me the " please wait checking printer " and it doesn't work i change the firmware but still have same like before so can you help me whats problem

If you can access the troubleshooting menu, check for error codes. May be something stuck inside the printer or a failed component. You may also consider wiping the harddrive and reinstalling the firmware. These devices are Windows CE based and can suffer the same HD corruptions as standard windows.
