Ever since I purchased the HP Envy Photo 7155 printer my photos print too red - everyone looks like they have a sunburn. The photos are an excellent quality otherwise. I had an older HP photo printer that I used on this same computer and the pictures were perfect. I use HP ink and HP high gloss photo paper.

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
This is a great place to get support, find answers to your technical queries.
I understand that the printer has a print quality issue. Need not worry I'll be glad to assist you.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Did you try any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Did you try changing the print settings?
Is copy working fine?
However, I suggest you do a Hard Reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue. (remove the cartridges.)
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Check the print settings for your print job in Windows.
-
In the software application, you are trying to print from, click File, and then click Print.
The Print window opens.
-
Open the Properties dialog box.
Depending on the software application, the button might be Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.
-
Depending on your print job, you might consider modifying the following settings:
-
Paper Type: If you are printing on photo paper, select the type of photo paper you are attempting to print on.
-
Print Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your printouts, increase the print quality. To print more quickly, decrease the print quality. These options typically include Best, Normal, and Draft modes.
-
Paper Size: If you are printing on a different size of paper than you normally print on, select the correct paper size.
-
Black and White: If you want to print in black and white only, select the grayscale option.
-
-
After selecting the print settings, click OK to apply the settings, and then click Print.
Then, use this link: https://hp.care/2keN3CX and follow the troubleshooting steps from step7
