Good to all, I hope you can help me with this problem, after I print some document, an error appear, the printer won't power off and continue to blink. The printer is not wifi type printer.

I already do some troubleshooting such as plugging to power outlet, or holding the cancel button.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advanced.

@tinmarcelino, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for the attached picture. I see that the printhead light and the Resume light are on.

This condition occurs when one or both of the ink printheads needs attention or is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible.

Go to An 'Incompatible' or 'Ink Cartridges Missing' Error Message Displays for information to resolve a printhead error.

An E1 error occurs when the paper settings in the print driver do not match the paper loaded in the printer.

See 'Paper Mismatch' Error (Windows) or 'Paper Mismatch' Error (Mac) for more information about how to resolve the issue.

For more info, refer to - Blinking Lights and 'E' Errors

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thank you for the reply but the problem still occurs, I already bought brand new cartridge and replace the old ones but nothing change.

I notice that the cartridges are not automatic moving when I open it up the cover.

Again, the blinking error continues and it won't power off unless it was unplug from the outlet. Also my computer cannot find the printer online even its is blinking on.

☹️

I have a video here of the problem, I hope it can help.

@tinmarcelino

It seems like the print carriage is stuck. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Carriage jam or E3 error

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
