No, I do not want a more robust printer my two older printers 4500 series and 4700 series never had this problem.  Any printer should be able to copy or print the entire page.  AND I tried this on two different printers. both had the same issue.  When one purchases a printer on expects that it will copy the entire page and not require having an IT person  have to set it up.  I already took it back but I am very disappointed in HP and the non responses I received over the phone.  The last four times I called I waited over an hour and still never got to talk to anyone.
