Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Printer HP Office Jet 6600
Printer was working fine. I changed one print cartridge. Printer now does not print properly. No documents to be printed show up in the printer que. Printer now turns itself off. One time, I sent a print job which did not print. I turned the printer off, and then the document printed. I am thoroughly confused how changing a print cartridge can mess things up this bad. I have changed many cartridges before with absolutely no problems. I hope some one can help me. I wish I could just talk to a HP technical person.
