I checked my HP Intant Ink acct. and while my payment info was out of date and now I have updated it; the printer STILL has the same issue and does not automatically fix itself. This is absolutely, hands down the WORST printer I have ever owned from HP. I love HP products...just not this one. An actual fix would be great and...helpful.

I have a DeskJet 2633 and a few days after installing my latest cartridges from Instant Ink, the envelope/droplet icon appeared and started flashing along with the i button and I cannot print. I have reset the printer, installed the latest drivers and firmware and I have been through the HP Print Doctor process all without any success. My Instant ink account is all fine too. There is nothing in the manual about the envelope/droplet icon either!
Please can you help me?

It may take a few hours for the printer to re-calibrate with the Cloud after you fix the credit card issue. It know it's been about 2 weeks and I was hoping your printer has started working. Please let me know if you are still having problems.
