I am getting a message that states my Printhead is missing or not in correctly. After doing all the required checks it is still not working. How can I be sure the Printhead needs to be replaced?

Thanks Sandy. I tried your solution and, at first, it helped. It seems that after installing the three colored ink, supplied automatically by HP, this problem started. I NEVER had this problem before that. The first time it happened after printing in color and I did manage to get it operational. Today, I printed in color for the first time since the last problem, and it happened again with it saying Missing or Failed Printhead. I again tried the solution but cannot get it resolved. I am wondering if the new ink is the problem.
