Product: HP Officejet Pro 6978
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
Hey everyone, a prompt appeared on my printer recommending i do an alignment. I print the alignment page no problem but my scanner cant detect the alignment page for some reason..but my printer does print and scan perfectly fine otherwise
Ive tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in, i've done the clean printhead option a couple times and still nothing.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
