I have a HP ENVY 5530 printer, and since I have installed it I have a print screen issue
I've been trying to get an answer to a problem I'm having with my ENVY 5530, and I'm getting nothing! When I do a screen print the print preview is right, when it prints everything is larger, only part of the page is printed and it's chopped off the right side and bottom. I'm running Windows 10 and the old HP printer, before it broke, worked fine. I remember finding a fix for this problem when I was using an old laptop. Now with the new laptop the problem resurfaced again and I can't find the fix for it. What really makes me mad is I can't get any help from HP. I know the printer is out of warranty, but, the printer isn't broke, the driver may be bad, or I'm using the wrong one, or something. Why won't HP try help with these types of issues? May be it's time to look at other printers! And my last comment is, "Surely HP knows how to fix this problem"!
