Product: HP2630 Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
I had a paper jam this evening and removed the paper, but it seems there is no way to open up a HP2630 properly. Afterwards the roller stopped taking new sheets properly and I wasted several hours trying to get it to work properly. As far as can be seen, there was no paper inside the machine, but the rollers or paper grip for some reason stopped the paper feeding satisfactorily. Annoying since the printer had been working perfectly until that sheet got stuck.
Have I missed any solution? I went through everything the online system recommended.
