HP Recommended

I did everything that was mention and still getting the same error.  I went out and purchase as of today another hp officejet printer 9135e.  My officejet pro 7740 is still giving the error as mention above I have had it for about 9 years so may it is time to get a new one before I open the new one I have 14 days to return.  Does anyone have any suggestion on other printers/models? Please I need a respond like yesterday!
