HP Ink Tank 419 Color printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

I am facing a problem with my HP Ink Tank 419 Color printer (bought just 3 months back) . The printer is showing a Black Ink Cartridge error and is not printing any documents. I followed the steps mentioned in the Support community.

However, the issue continues even after resetting the printer. Has anybody faced a similar problem and has resolved it? If so, could you please guide me.  I ran scan with the HP ScanDoctor application. It did mention that low ink in the printhead could be one possible reason. However, it doesn't pinpoint that this is the only reason. Regarding my usage, I would have hardly printed upto 150 pages.

Could someone give me pointers, how I could resolve the problem and get the printer working again?

Regards

Darshan Kamat
